The German Australian Business Council is looking for a new office employee starting in January 2018.
The primary duties (self-undertaken and/or together with the responsible Board member):
- The membership administration (such as arranging voting procedures, database management, maintaining distribution lists, invoicing)
- The support of events (such as preparing invitations, attendance list, payment check, and invoicing)
- The update of the German Australian Business Council Website (such as upload of invitations, reports, information and documents)
- The support of our Newsletter/communication.
The office should be located either in Frankfurt or Munich.
Working hours are flexible. The contract/salary is based on a ‘450 € -Mini Job’.
English native speakers would be preferred. A strong interest in German-Australian relations a strong plus.
