Job vacancy: GABC Office Employee
The German Australian Business Council is looking for a new office employee to commence in August 2021.
The primary duties (undertaken independently and/or together with the responsible Board member) include:
- membership administration (e.g. arranging voting procedures, database management, maintaining distribution lists, invoicing).
- support of events (e.g. preparing invitations and attendance lists, performing payment checks and invoicing).
- maintenance of the German Australian Business Council Website (e.g. upload of invitations, reports, information and documents).
- support of our communication and social media networks.
The office employee should be located either in Frankfurt am Main or Munich.
Working hours are flexible. The contract/salary is based on a ‘450 € -Mini Job’.
A native English speaker would be preferred. A strong interest in German-Australian relations is a significant asset.
